The proposed redevelopment of Park 25 will create a multi-purpose community sport and recreation hub, maintained to the highest standards for sporting and recreational users. The project will provide a new, integrated sports facility for cricket, football and other sports, with multi-mode usage and flexibility, separate access for multiple users, seasonal shared usage and overlay for major events and carnivals.

The main oval will be upgraded and expanded to meet international standards for cricket and include sculptured viewing terraces and landscaped parking areas.

Services

Mtrack has been engaged as Client Representative, overseeing the design, administration and delivery of the project. It involves the provision of direction to the procurement strategy and project delivery in order to achieve the best outcomes for the client in terms of construction timelines, project cost, impact on existing operations and trading through the construction period.

Identification of client requirements during temporary relocation of business operations, planning and managing the implementation for relocation of administrative and maintenance staff impacted during the development and maintaining access to oval within the venue during construction forms a key component in provision of services.
